Your order will be packaged discreetly for your privacy and protection. Included in the package you will receive your product, your receipt, your prescription and information pertaining to refill options and product usage. All orders will be sent through air mail. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 7-21 days from arriving at your home or office. Please save this email (shipping receipt) and in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 21 days, reply to the email and our customer service department will rectify the situation.
